About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m Jason Down, a senior software engineer.

Currently, I’m spending my days working for DataAnnotation.tech, doing AI model comparison training (mostly related to Python coding questions and a light sprinkling of other technologies).

During my evenings I spend time with my wife and four kids, learn about various technologies, golf, and write posts on this blog. I also spend some time on Stackoverflow (less so these days) and the Ebooks Stackexchange, where I have been a moderator since 2014.

My blog recently has been focused mostly on F# (my favourite programming language these days), but I am learning more about Python and delving into ReactJs for the frontend lately. I may begin blogging about these things as well, as I pursue my continuous learning journey.
